SMT production line is mainly imported equipment, mainly used for SMD integrated devices, SMD angle-type device mounting welding. The main equipment includes screen printing machine, solder paste thickness gauge (SPI), high-speed placement machine, multi-function placement machine, reflow soldering machine, online AOI machine, etc. From solder paste printing, solder paste detection to component mounting, welding and connection between processes, all fully automatic flow operation is realized, ensuring the production efficiency of circuit boards and the quality of finished products.
The steel screen printing machine is composed of plates, solder paste, stamping, circuit board and other institutions. Its working principle is as follows: first, the printed circuit board is fixed on the printing positioning table, then the solder paste or red glue is leaked to the corresponding pad through the steel screen by the left and right scrapers of the printing machine, and the printed PCB with uniform leakage is input to the mounter through the transmission table for automatic patching.
Solder paste thickness gauge is a device that uses laser non-contact three-dimensional scanning intensive sampling technology to measure the thickness, area and volume of solder paste printed on PCB board. The equipment is widely used in SMT production patch field, is an important measurement equipment to control the quality of solder paste printing. 
The reflow soldering machine used in the electronic workshop is a full hot air reflow soldering machine. Reflow soldering process is a soldering technology developed with the emergence of miniaturized electronic products, which is mainly used in the soldering of various surface assembly components. The principle of reflow soldering is as follows: in advance, a proper amount of solder paste is coated on the pad of the circuit board in an appropriate shape, and then the SMT components are pasted on the corresponding position; The solder paste has a certain viscosity, which can fix the components on the PCB board. Then the circuit board with the components mounted is sent to the reflow soldering equipment. The transmission system drives the circuit board through each set temperature area in the equipment. The solder paste is dried, preheated, melted, wetted and cooled to solder the components to the printed board. The core link is to use an external heat source to heat, melt, flow and soak the solder to complete the soldering process of the circuit board. The Aisha reflow soldering machine used in the electronic workshop is imported from Germany. The temperature zone 14 is controlled separately, and the temperature control error can be controlled within 0.2 ℃, thus ensuring the quality of board processing.
